Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2001-47 Pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Vandermost Consulting Services, Inc. The applicant proposes to develop 12.5 acres, which will include the construction of a Lowe's Home Improvment Warehouse, associated parking lot, landscaped areas, and a storm sewer system. The impacts will be .011 acre of a non-vegetated drainage with an ordinary high water mark ranging from 2.5 to 6.7 ft. in width and a bed and bank ranging from 3.9 to 21.4 ft. in width. The project is located in the City of Murrieta in Riverside County.
