Document Description
The project is a request for a Vacation of an open space easement on Lot 37 of tentative map 4489. This Vacation consists of vacating approximately 8,875 square feet of an open space easement, and rededicating this portion as a fire buffer easement with restrictions and exceptions. To mitigate for the loss of 8,875 square feet of Chaparral open space, a 23,500 square foot open space easement of dense Chaparral will be granted.
