Document Description
Scale facility improvements include relocating the facility 125 ft. to the north to relieve traffic congestion at the entrance gate, and installing a new 2nd scale on the inbound side to improve efficiency and traffic flow. Although both the existing and replacement locations are heavily disturbed, the replacement facility would be situated on top of a small vegetated drainage island.

The existing facility and new facility are both within the main entrance road site, which is a heavily disturbed area. The project would have no impact on cultural or historical resources, wetlands, sensitive habitats, threatened or endangered species, adjacent land uses, any waterways or bodies of water, or other environmental resources.
