Document Description
The Operator proposes to install 12,000 volt three phase underground conductors inside a 6 inch diameter plastic duct pipe underneath waters of the State via directional boring below Fryer Creek, tributary to Nathanson Creek, in the City of Sonoma, in Sonoma County. The Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) bore will be at a depth of 10 or more feet under the creek. The entrance bore pit is located on the west side of the creek and is 120 ft west of the west creek bank. The exit bore pit is on the east side of the creek and is 70 ft east of the east creek bank. There will be no equipment in the creek or disturbance of the creek bed or bank. No vegetation will be disturbed by this project. The Operator will follow the Boring and Containment Plan provided to the Department. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement # R3-2001-0032 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
