Document Description
A portion of the Markleeville Creek adjacent to the Markleeville Public Utilities District Treatment Plant access road has undergone erosion due to long term hydrualic modifications from upstream improvements and incremental impacts of recent flood events. The toe and bank of the stream will require stabilization to reduce further erosion and stabilize toe, bank, access road, and installed infrastructure. The project has two major components as follows: 1) Stabilization of the toe for 250 lineal feet, including installation of rip-rap, groins, and planting and, 2) Stabilizing the bank and resconstructing eroded portions fo the access road above the toe, including minor modifications to existing sewer trunk and water line infrastructure.
