Document Description
As part of construction of a single family home, the operator proposes to install a 4 inch sewer line and 8 inch outfall pipe on an unnamed tributary to Grayson Creek behind the residence of 3113 Withers Avenue in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The 8 inch pipe will be anchored into the bank and discharge onto loose rock riprap keyed in at the toe. The amount of riprap will not exceed 15 square feet. A trench one foot wide and 4-5 feet deep will be cut perpendicular to both banks and the sewer line will be tied into the existing sewer line on the opposite side of the creek. The trench will be backfilled with native soil. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0138 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
