Document Description
Operator will be culverting an ephemeral stream channel to Foss Creek in Healdsburg. An existing culvert, riprap, fill, and debris will be removed. The culvert will be adequately sized for the culvert to accommodate a 50 year event storm. The outlet and inlet of the culvert will be riprapped to eliminate the potential for fill to enter the stream channel. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2000-0973 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
