Document Description
The project consists of constructing a storm drain outfall to Brush Creek and a storm drain outfall to an unnamed ephemeral swale tributary to Brush Creek at the Brush Creek Estates development east of Brush Creek Road and south of Shady Court in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County. The outlets will be an 18-inch pipe with rock rip-rap energy dissipation to control erosion. Work in the stream channel, below the level of top-of-bank, will be confined to the period June 15 through October 15. Erosion control measures will be installed and the area disturbed revegitated. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0241 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
