Document Description
The project consists of the rehabilitation and widening of Route 90 (two-lane conventional highway) in Tulare County from 0.8 km (0.5 mi) west of Road 184 to Road 236. The existing project right of way will be expanded from 50 feet to generally 100 feet of right of way outside of the town of Poplar. Sidewalks, approximately 1000 feet in length, will be constructed on the south and the north sides of the highway within the town of Poplar.
