Document Description
Evaluate proposed Dowdy Ranch Day Use Area site for the presence of subsurface cultural resources. Several (6-12) 50-centimeter-wide shovel test pits will be excavated, resulting dirt and debris will be screened, and material will be returned to holes. Any cultural materials encountered will be recorded and returned to their original location. Results of the testing will be included as part of the CEQA/PRC 5024 evaluation of the suitability of this site for the proposed development.
