Document Description
Remove architectural components of wood Doge balcony ceiling. Missing ornamental components will be replaced with plaster reproductions which match wooden originals in appearance. Insect ceiling supports structure. Test paint for lead content and identify historic colors and finishes. Finish to be removed to first sound base layer and repainted to original colors. All architectural components to be re-installed, utilizing corrosion-resistant fasteners. All salvageable historic fabric shall be retained and re-used where possible. Complete photo, video, and written documentation will accompany this project.
