Document Description
Reinforce rock retaining walls below formal garden beds D-2 and E-10. A leach rock and piping system will be installed behind reinforced wall and tied to existing drainage system. Repair rock retaining wall and associated flagstone walkway and stairs on the southwest and northwest corners of 'A' House. Placement of individual stones will be documented by photographs and identifying marks. All finished rockwork will match original appearance and utilize existing rock whenever possible. Materials used to replace historic fabric in kind will duplicate the original in color, texture, and appearance.

The proposed work will not cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of the resource, and will be done in accordance with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
