Document Description
The Department of the Youth Authority would lease existing office space at 7300 Lincolnshire Drive, in Sacramento, California. The lease space is approximately 1,788 square feet in size, and would accommodate eight employees of the Office of Project Development and Management (OPDM) which prepares and processes the appropriate environmental documents for the leasing of office space for the Department's Program Evaluation Bureau. Approximately ten clients/visitors are seen weekly with the availability of local transit service within 1/4 mile of the site. No onsite parking will be provided. The proposed lease space is presently occupied by this bureau on a month-to-month basis with no special tenant improvements required, and there will be no storage of chemicals or hazardous materials on site.
