Construct 3 cabins for seasonal employees' use near the existing day use area at the Milk Ranch area. Install septic tank and leach field, water and sewer lines, propane, and replace shower building. Site will be archaeologically surveyed prior to construction; if significant resources are discovered, project will be rescoped. All excavation will be monitored by an archaeologist.
