Document Description
The project involves planning studies and feasibility analysis for a project involving wetland creation and beach sand nourishment within a 500-acre area known as Friendship Marsh. A conceptual plan was adopted for the area in 1992 by the Coastal Conservancy and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service known as the Tijuana Estuary Tidal Restoration Program. First phase projects were implemented 1997-2000.
