The Final PEIS titled, Transportable Treatment Systems for Non-Stockpile Chemical Warfare Material, is specifically concerned with the following: (1) CWM at former test ranges and burial sites once it is recovered; (2) CWM that has already been recovered and is currently in storage; and (3) research, development, test, and evaluation material. Known or suspected CWM burial sites are located in 38 states, the Virgin Islands, District of Columbia, and Guam.
