Document Description
The project consists of the Sobrato Campus Industrial Planned Development Rezoning (PDCSH00-02-010) from A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District to A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District for the development of up to 566,667 square feet of campus industrial office/R & D uses on approximately 28.1 acres located on the southwest corner of Santa Teresa Boulevard and Bailey Avenue. The project includes subsequent Planned Development Permits and Tentative Maps.
