The Remedial Action Plan calls for natural attenuation of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as diesel in soils and groundwater. Future construction or development activity on-site will be limited so as to avoid any possible impacts to human health. Adequate groundwater monitoring will occur for several years to provide documentation of continuing natural attenuation of the Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as diesel in contaminated soils and groundwater.
