Document Description
The project is a four-season mountain resort with a full range of winter and summer recreation facilities, including skiing/snowboarding, golf, and dispersed recreation activities such as hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, and wildlife viewing. There are approximately 6200 acres of land in the total project, of which roughly 2800 acres will be leased land within the ski area. The leased land and open space will continue to be managed for timber harvesting. The leased land will continue to be logged under Roseburg's existing harvest and management plans.
