M-3 (office, research, general manufacturing); and M-S (offices and research facilities, limited manufacturing).
The proposed project would implement the Moffett Park Specific Plan, which would provide a comprehensive, long-term plan that supports the development of a mix of land uses and addresses the potential impacts of future development within the context of the Specific Plan area. The proposed Specific Plan also addresses the need to establish a comprehensive policy and regulatory framework that provides the necessary elements to guide future development in concert with and responsive to, the needs of the marketplace. The proposed Moffett Park Specific Plan would amend the current zoning for the project area, allowing increased development potential in the Plan area by creating the three following land use districts: Moffett Park-General Commercial (MP-C); Moffett Park - Transit Oriented Development (MP-TOD); and Moffett Park - Industrial (MP-I).
