Document Description
The project would demolish 13 existing structures and redevelop the project site with two five-story buildings totaling approximately 1,041,890 square feet. The buildings would share a four-story parking garage, surface parking lots (2,092 parking spaces), and other project amenities. The project includes flood protection improvements along approximately 1,000 feet of the Santa Clara Valley Water District’s (Valley Water) West Channel consistent with the Sunnyvale East and West Channels Flood Protection Project. Valley Water would take discretionary action to issue encroachment permits for certain activities associated with the proposed project, including tree removal and construction of a temporary construction bridge, that would occur within its right of way adjacent to the Sunnyvale West Channel.
