Document Description
The proposed Specific Plan is intended to implement the General Plan for a specific location within the City's Planning Area, and contains provisions for transportation and infrastructure financing, as well as more detailed analysis and cost estimates of the required water, wastewater, roadway and drainage improvements for the specific area. The proposed Specific Plan also includes goals and policies, as well as regulatory, design concepts, and implementation phasing components to guide development within the Specific Plan Area boundaries.
