The project involves improving Deer Creek Road's existing crossing of Deer Creek by providing additional flood capacity. Construction of the project will involve the portion of the crossing to be improved, an area in which construction equipment must operate, and an alignment for the temporary access road across Deer Creek to the DCWWTP. The area on the east side of the creek will be used for storage of equipment and materials.
