Undeveloped, Single-Family Residential (R-1) / Suburban Residential (maximum allowable density of 3 units per acre).
The proposed project would subdivide an approximately 10.13-acre portion of a 131.69-acre parcel into 29 parcels ranging in size from 8,280 square feet to 14,407 square feet. The remaining 121.56 acres not used as part of this project will be considered a remainder for purposes of the Subdivision Map Act. The remainder is proposed to be subdivided in six separate phases at a future date.
