Raise right bank levee 11,500 feet near Howe Avenue; remove and replace 800 feet of levee near Natomas East Main Drainage Canal; construct 3,800 feet of toe near Jacobs Lane; and construct 4,000 feet of levee upstream of Meyhew Drain. Strengthen drain and increase capacity of culverts under Folsom Boulevard.
