Timber removal of potential fire hazard trees surrounding existing single family residences. The applicant proposes to remove 20 trees from two adjacent parcels: twelve (12) trees will be removed from APNs 501-281-05 and -06 which are within 150 feet of an existing residence located on 501-281-05. Furthermore, eight (8) additional trees on APN 501-281-06 will be removed which are within 150 feet of an existing residence located on APN 501-281-07. The applicant owns APNs 501-281-05 and -06. The proposed project will generate approximately 5 truck loads of timber or approximately 25 thousand board feet (MBF). Approximately 0.5 acres is subject to the timber removal. The parcel is served with on-site sewage disposal system and on-site water. The applicant proposes to "yard" the felled trees to a landing on APN 501-281-06, a vacant parcel.
