This project consists of the issuance of a Timberland Conversion Permit for exemption from Forest Practice tree stocking requirements on 38 acres of a 95.3 acre parcel of Site Class IV timberland following the removal of forest growth for expansion of the existing Emerson Lake Golf Course. The parcel is zoned as Open Space. The expansion includes an additional 9-holes, clubhouse, and golf cart storage area.
