Document Description
Combine the Forward Landfill and the Austin Road/ Forward Landfill into one 567 acre landfill, fill the remaining capacity at the Austin Road/ Forward Landfill and the 7.5 acre area between the two landfill cells with Class II and Class III waste, expand the disposal footprint to 354.5 acres, increase the design capacity to 51,040,000 cubic yards, increase daily permitted tonnage to 8,668 tons per day, increase hours of operation to 4:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. for receipt of waste and 4:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. for facility operations, combine traffic to include a total of 620 vehicles per day, use the maximum elevation of 210 feet for the entire site, change the maximum depth to read 7 feet MSL for the entire site, and establish the closure year as 2020.
