The Placer County Regional Transportation Plan 2027 (RTP) documents the policy direction, actions, and funding recommendations that are intended to meet the short and long range needs of Placer County's transportation systems over the next twenty years. This document is designed to be a guide for the systematic development of a balanced, comprehensive, multi-modal transportation system for the current and future needs of Placer County. The RTP fulfills the state requirements of AB 402 (Government Code Title 7, Chapter 2.5, Sections 65080-65082).
