As a result of congestion and operating conditions, and in anticipation of additional traffic and circulation demands in the area, El Dorado County is proposing signalization of four intersections and other improvements as necessary to increase safety and improve LOS for current and future El Dorado County residents. This project is consistent with the El Dorado County General Plan.
