The operator proposes to complete maintenance activities at MP 31.10, Station 174+60, the Santa Clara Pipeline which include the excavating and encasing the pipeline to reinforce it, and replacing the existing vault structure on the banks of an unnamed tributary to Agua Caliente Creek, located within a gated community on Vinehill Terrace in Fremont, Alameda County. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0194 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Terry Becker / Department of Water Resources, Division of Land and Right-of-Way.
