Document Description
The California Dept. of Fish and Game is executing a Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement 2003-5071-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Michael Badner of Pacific Union Homes. Construct a storm water outfall pipe into the San Joaquin River. The outfall would include a concrete platform on top of the levee, a concrete spillway extending below the high water mark, and riprap bank protection.
