Document Description
The project applicant (Pacific Union Homes) is proposing a predominantly residential Urban Design Concept (UDC) on approximately 477.3 acres in a portion of the West Lathrop Specific Plan (WLSP) area of the City of Lathrop (Exhibits 1 and 2). The project would be developed as 16 neighborhoods to include a total of: 1,703 residential dwelling units of varying densities; 30.8 acres of commercial uses; two K-8 schools; a fire station (if required); and 50.9 acres of parks and open space (Exhibit 3). The project would reflect the architectural elements of a traditional Central Valley community with traditional neighborhood features, including porches, planting strips between curbs and sidewalks, broad street trees, and pedestrian-friendly access routes.
