The proposed project entails subdividing an existing 6.8 acre parcel into 4 separate parcels with construction of a 4-story, 69,000 square foot hotel with 120 guest rooms on a 3.2 acre site constituting the largest of 4 parcels. A 2-story medical office with 25,000 square feet of floor area on a 1.2 acre parcel adjacent to the hotel. A 5,200 square foot restaurant and a 3,000 square foot, 2-story bank. A total of 265 parking spaces are provided on the 6.8 acre site.
