Document Description
Subdivision of an approximate 26.9 acre parcel into two parcels of approximately 12.4 and 14.5 acres. The existing residence and septic system on Parcel 1 shall remain. After the subdivision, Parcel 2 will be developed for residential use and will be served by an on-site sewage disposal system. Water source for Parcel 2 will be the existing spring and access will be off of Schirman Way.
