The request is to expand and repair the existing Cottage Creek Launching Facility at Bullards Bar Reservoir. The existing parking area will be re-paved and expanded by approximately twenty percent (20%). The expansion will include the addition of a boat preparation area and sidewalks that run from the upper lot to the boat ramp. New restrooms will be added at more convenient locations and will be handicap accessible. Additionally, the boat ramp will undergo repairs and expansion.
