A request to expand the existing Cottage Creek Launching Facility at Bullards Bar Reservoir. The existing parking area will be re-paved and expanded by approximately twenty-percent. The expansion will include the addition of a boat preparation area and sidewalk access from the upper lot to the boat ramp. New restrooms will be added at more convenient locations and will be handicap accessible. The expansion will also include improvements to the boat ramp.
