Document Description
The project includes amending the existing Oakley Redevelopment Plan to add approximately 700 acres to the existing plan, add public improvement projects, increase time and debt limits, and extend the authority to use eminent domain for an additional twelve years for non-residential property in the original project area and authority to acquire all property in the added area.
