The proposed project consists of the merger of the Mather Air Force Base Redevelopment Plan and the McClellan Air Force Base/Watt Avenue Redevelopment Plan. The proposed merger is an administrative activity to facilitate redevelopment financing, as permitted by California Redevelopment Law, and it makes no changes to the adopted boundary or other aspects of either the McClellan AFB/Watt Avenue Redevelopment Project Area of the Mather AFB Redevelopment Project Area.
