The proposed merger is an administrative activity to facilitate redevelopment financing, as permitted by California Redevelopment Law, and it makes no changes to the adopted boundary or other aspects of either the McClellan AFB/Watt Avenue Redevelopment Project Area of the Mather AFB Redevelopment Project Area.
