Document Description
To establish a 100' monopole and accessory structures on a cellular tower site of 10,000 square feet in a UA-AP (Upland Agricultural-Agricultural Preserve) Zoning District. The project is one of seven sites being proposed by Mericom Corporation in cooperation with American Tower Corporation along Highway 36E between Red Bluff and Mineral. The purpose of the project is to facilitate the co-location of up to five carriers on one tower in an area that lacks coverage for many of the major carriers. The primary access to the site will be on a 3,600 foot long private road which intersects Oasis Springs Ranch Road approximately 0.3 of a mile north of the Oasis Springs Ranch Rd./Hwy. 36E intersection. APN: 11-170-21. Approximately 576.15 acres.
