To establish a 120' monopole and accessory structures on a cellular tower site of 10,000 sf in a M1-S; (Light Industrial-Special Highway Frontage Combining) Zoning District. The project is one of seven sites being proposed by Mericom Corporation in cooperation with American Tower Corporation along Highway 36E between Red Bluff and Mineral. The purpose of the project is to facilitate the co-location of up to five carriers on one tower in an area that lacks coverage for many of the major carriers. Access to the site will be off the east side of Highway 36E through the Wheeler Logging parking lot. APN: 39-350-23. Approximately 4.79 acres.
