Document Description
Third Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for Roseland Redevelopment Project to 1) extend the time limit for the Commission to incur debt to finance redevelopment projects; 2) re-establish the limited authority of the Sonoma County Community Development Commission to acquire property by eminent domain; 3) update the list of new redevelopment projects and programs; and 4) revise and update various text provisions to conform to the requirements of the CRL. The Amendment is expected to facilitate the revitalization program, including development of catalyst projects resulting in approximately 304 housing units, 166,000 square feet of commercial uses, and 300,000 square feet of public uses.
