Present Land Use
Construct westbound climbing lane on State Route 299 in Modoc County, approximately four miles west of Cedarville. Climbing lane will be 0.3 mile in length and 12 feet in width. Drainage systems will be upgraded. Earthwork (cut/fill) is expected to balance.
