Document Description
The proposed project includes development of 18 single-family homes. Two of the homes will be townhomes, while the others will be standard single-family homes. The 2.57 acre project site would be rezoned from IP Industrial Park District, to RS(PD) Residential Single-Family, Planned Development Overlay District in order to facilitate this development. The three existing parcels will be subdivided into a total of 18 parcels, ranging in size from approximately 3,000 square feet to 6,000 square feet in size. Home size would be approximately 1,344 square feet per townhome and between 2,557 and 3,054 square feet per standard single-family home.
