Document Description
The proposed project includes development of 15 detached single-family homes and 4 attatched single-family homes on property encompassing a total of approximately 3.0 acres. The project site would be rezoned from IP- Industrial Park District, to RS- Residential Single Family with a PD-Planned Development Overlay in order to facilitate this development. The three existing parcels will be subdivided into a total of 19 parcels, ranging in size from approximately 4,455 square feet (sq ft) to 6,240 sq ft in size for the detached homes, and 2,000 sq ft to 2,592 sq ft for the attached homes. Home sizes would range in size from approximately 2,397 sq ft to 2,838 sq ft for the detached units, and 1,400 sq ft to 1,802 sq ft for the attached units. The project applicant for this proposal is Westco Community Builders.
