Document Description
The project includes a tentative parcel map to subdivide three parcels into five parcels, and two variances to the Port of Oakland's Standards and Restrictions (S&Rs) for minimum lot size. The S&R require a minimum lot size of 1 acre. Two of the proposed parcels are 0.72 and 0.73 acres respectively. A development permit for the development of the three parcels was approved on January 21, 2004. The recently approved tentative parcel map and variances do not physically affect the permitted development. Beneficiaries of these actions are those who will be directly or indirectly employed as a result of the development project and the City of Oakland and its residents, who will receive revenue based on the development of these parcels.
