Document Description
The project applicant proposes grading of approximately 3.0 acres of an existing paved parking lot/work and storage area behind the existing Miner's Hardware store, located at 520 Atascadero Road (see Grading Plan). It is the intent of this grading to raise the elevation of this portion of the 4.89-acre parcel above the100- year flood elevation. A total of 5,600 cubic yards of fill material will be imported to the site.
