Document Description
The project will construct two separate buildings. The proposed Recreation and Aquatics Center Expansion will consist of approximately 56,100 gsf including a multi-activity court, climbing wall, cardio/weight room, locker rooms, classrooms, and offices. The proposed Intercollegiate Athletics Building will consist of approximately 40,000 gsf including coaches offices, administrative offices, a ticket office, auditorium, classroom, study hall and computer lab, conference room, and weight and therapeutic training facilities. The proposed locations of the Recreation Center and Aquatic Complex, and the Intercollegiate Athletics Building would be located in the area west of Robertson Gym and presently occupied by office trailers and other temporary buildings.
