Document Description
The project applicant, Grace Ministries International, is proposing the development of the 26.5-acre site with a private high school (750 students), church sanctuary (3,267 seats) with offices, Sunday School, support services and conference center, wedding services, tea room (4,800 square feet) /restaurant, retail nursery (4,000 square feet), parking structure and up to 250 multiple-family residential dwelling units. Site development will be accomplished in several phases, with completion of the project anticipated from 2002 and through 2004.
