S-P East Highlands, LLC is proposing to construct a domestic water storage reservoir, pump station, and hydropneumatic pump station to service its East Highlands Ranch (EHR) development. EHR is provided water service by East Valley Water District (EVWD). EVWD will participate in the construction of the reservoir and when the facilities are installed, own and operate the system.
